A faux rook piercing is positioned through the upper inner ear cartilage to create a rook-like look without passing through the traditional rook fold. The exact angle and jewelry depend on your ear’s shape, so an anatomy assessment is especially important for this placement. Before piercing, we will assess your anatomy and help you choose the most suitable placement and jewelry. Because this piercing passes through cartilage, healing can take approximately 6 to 9 months or longer, and the area may feel tender or swollen during the first weeks. The procedure is performed with sterile equipment and high-quality jewelry selected for this placement. WE DO NOT USE PIERCING GUNS! If you are a minor, please let us know when booking and come with the required authorization. Avoid pressure, unnecessary touching and changing the jewelry too early while it heals.
