Service Description

A surface piercing passes beneath the skin at a selected flat area of the body, with both ends of a purpose-designed surface bar visible. The placement and angle are planned around your anatomy and the movement or pressure the area experiences. Before piercing, we will assess your anatomy and help you choose the most suitable placement and jewelry. Healing times vary by placement and person; but can take approximately 6 to 12 months, tenderness or swelling may occur during the first weeks, and minimizing pressure and friction is especially important while it heals. The procedure is performed with sterile equipment and high-quality jewelry selected for this placement. WE DO NOT USE PIERCING GUNS! If you are a minor, please let us know when booking and come with the required authorization. Avoid pressure, unnecessary touching and changing the jewelry too early while it heals.
